Workout Wednesday! Let's get physical!

Even Brutus is
"getting physical!"

I know, I am a very sick girl dressing up my boy.  But hey, he let's me.  I was watching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills last night (I know, another sickness of mine) and the husband of one of the wives made a comment to another wife that "getting therapy was a sign of weakness"  to which she said "coming from a grown man who dresses his dog in Beverly Hills!"  I guess I'd fit right in with those Housewives, huh?  NOT!  I guess if therapy is a sign of weakness, I am very weak BUT I have a very stylish pupster!  Wait to you see him for Halloween!

Chicago is coming and I am getting so excited to see everyone!  It doesn't feel like a year has passed by but it has.  I cannot wait to reconnect with a lot of you ladies and make new connections.  We have such a diverse group and everyone brings something different to the table.  Bottom line is we all have "weight issues" as our common bond and everything else just grows from there!

Have a great day....I am off to get my nails done and than off to work I go....hi ho, hi ho!

I DVR all the housewives - *hangs head in shame*. I just find them so stupidly entertaining...hey, just figured it out, there our "soaps". :)

What did you think when that British chick's husband (sorry, I'm horrible with their names) let his dog drink out of his champagne glass at the dinner table and then took a big swig? (Sorry, but I gagged!)

Looking forward to meeting you in Chi.

my linkin (maltese) looks great with a bow in his hair.... we only torture him a few min before we take it out, but it's a good look.
