Lordy, Lordy look whose 140!

Ok I lied, I am actually 144 but that didn't rhyme.  I am not sure what is going on in the weight loss department as I have been maintaining at 147 for the longest time.  I am not eating good (too many carbs, not enough protein) and no exercise at all in a month.  Makes no sense but it is what it is, right!

I am really starting to feel better even though current xray is still showing pneumonia.  I have another xray scheduled for Wed I think.  Today was my first day out in the world again and it felt great but I am very tired.  Steve and I went to the Daytona Beach Home Show and spent about 1 hour walking around....stopped at Dunkin Donuts for a coffee and donut (we shared both) and now I am in for the day.

I was so excited to put on a light sweater AND wear a light jacket today....Fall has finally arrived in Florida...Yay!

WOW! A new 'low'...but next time could you not be on your deathbed in order for the scale to go down? Thanks!

PS> thanks for your sweet comments and your hubby i sweet too! I would quit but I've come to far to still be a big girl, I really need to lose another 25 at least!!! More would be great, but I really have to dig deep for the patience...lol!

Wow you skinny thing. I know you're stir crazy, but take it slow. Glad you're feeling better, hope your next x-ray is perfect!

Good for you. You're doing so well. I hope you feel better very soon. I am just getting over a nasty cold again myself. I had my band removed on Monday, I'm feeling good today and don't think I want to go with another band down the road. Possibly the sleeve but for a while I'll have to go it on my own while I heal.

I've had same experience lately".. Down to 147. Band is extremely irritated so not eating much, but what I am eating is crap. I'm also not exercising because of a torn abdominal wall." I think the scale is going down because im not building lean muscle..

So glad you are feeling better. Although I really wish I could experience some unexplained weight loss. :) But it couldn't happen to a nicer person. Take care and hope you keep feeling better and better.

Glad you are feeling a bit better and that you hit a new low! But jeez, your rhyme is was too close to an old Snoop Dogg song, which I am going to now spend the day singing (groan).

So good to hear that you were able to venture out just take it easy and know that your immune system is zapped and you must take care of it!

Whoop! Whoop! Take it and own it. You deserve every last pound.

And get ready for the resurrection of the SOB blog around Christmas. You will be on my list. No pressure. I'll send you more info when I'm back in a month, but we really do need to celebrate our successes and you are one of them.
