I am almost ready for bed....been catching up on everyones blogs and I have a few questions:
1. How do you import picturs into the body of the blog? I can put them at the top but not in the middle;
2. I was told by a friend that she couldn't wear her bra for a few days after surgery! I am traveling to MX for my surgery and cannot imagine flying 3,000 miles bra-less! Is this the norm? Oh mylanta, one more thing to worry about!
3. I hear everyone talking about how many cc's are in their bands...what happens when the band is totally full? Is this possible or do you get into your sweet spot before than?
Ok, enough questions for tonight...any help or advice on the above is appreciated! Night All!

Hi Jacqui-just found your blog
Q1-place your cursor at the spot where you want to put a picture and it should insert it there. You can choose to make it small-med-large (I usually choose small) and also to put it left-center-right. You should be able to drag it up or down a few lines too.
Q2-If you can go without a bra it is more comfie-I didn't want to put my underwire one on for a week. My boobs aren't that big anymore so I just double up my clothing. You could try to find a soft sportbra and wear it for a few days to stretch it out.
Q3-Old time bandsters can fill you in better on this one. I'm just a newbie.
Glad you are joining in on the band blogging. It is an amazing group of people. Leave comments on other blogs and many times they join up as a follower.
Hi, Jacquie. I found your blog through Debi at Hawaii Bound Bandster. I'm pretty new to blogging and I haven't been banded yet, so I can't be much help. But I wanted to let you know that I'm pre-op too - going through insurane requirements right now hoping to get banded this summer. If you get a chance, I'd love for you to follow my blog at http://wishingandhopingandprayingforaband.blogspot.com/
Sandy Lee answered #! pretty well, but if you still have questions on it, let me know and I will try to help a bit more.
For question #2, I did wear a bra, but I wore one of those all cotton, with no under wire type, like Just My Size, that wasn't too tight.
My upper Incision was just low enough (meaning it was below the bra line) that I could wear the bra. I just was careful putting it on.
As for question #3, I believe that most people are able to reach their sweet spot before the band is 100% full! It is a concern to all of us. But so far, I have not heard of anyone being Filled 100%. This would be a great question to ask your Doctor though.
Hi Just found your blog from WIP....looking forward to following your journey
Hi - Just letting you know that I didn't have any problems wearing a bra (and BELIEVE me - I need one lol!)
I guess it will depend on where your doctor makes your incisions.
I was also worried about waste bands but I didn't have any trouble with those either (my lowest incision is a couple inches above my bellybutton!)
good luck
Thank you all for your great answers! I'm sure there will be more! I will be checking out all your blogs...its amazing how each one of us is going through the same things and yet have different tips and stuff to help get through the journey. I feel so blessed to have found this community!
The bra question - Like Debi I wore one of those all cotton, stretchy-comfy bras - no problem. Definitely bring loose, comfy clothes for after the surgery. Its sort of cool you are going to Mexico! I researched it briefly but it was not much more to do it in Denver, not far from me. There are a few docs in Denver who do self-pay for under $10K. Great that you have your aftercare lined up.
Hi Jacquie! I had the surgery at Hospital Angeles on 2/12 and could wear a bra no problem. That incsion is a couple of inches below my bra line.
