Not only was it super EASY and FAST to make, it was so tasty and filling. I made two thinking that I could do it but after whipping up the egg whites, I knew that wasn't happening. They whipped up to be pretty big mounds! Thankfully Steve was happy to take one off my hands, uh, plate! I didn't have Gruyere but I did have a hunk of Swiss which was practically the same. As she says, you can really use any type of Cheese.

Gruyere and Swiss, when cooking, are like Apples and Oranges.. Get the stinky stuff, grate it, and live large...
