BYOC Friday!!!!! ♥♪ Bring Your Own Craziness ♥♪

1. Do you have any nicknames? (Thanks for this question Joey)
My nickname is "Jax"! My oldest daughter started to call me this one day (she only uses this for when she is trying to make a point, all other times its Mama) and than my husband picked up on it. I will get cards made out to "Jax" and notes too. Other times he calls me "beautiful" which gives me goosebumps!

2. What was your “last straw”? The incident/situation that made you decide to get a lap band or commit to losing weight via any plan this time? I've had so many last straws t lose the weight but kept getting rejected by my insurance company because my BMI wasn't hight enough for them. One actually told me "when you gain the weight, it will be covered". This past January we were on a cruise and sat with someone who was being banded right after the cruise. While she had her surgery here, she told me about her friend who went to Mexico because it was less money than self-pay here....As soon as I got back from the cruise, I became a woman on a mission and the rest is history!

3. What’s your favorite joke or funny story? (This is from Sandy – she needs some laughter to start the weekend and requested this one.)
Ok, this is not a joke but a very funny story. When my oldest daughter (you notice how its always Mallory?) was learning to drive, she was slowing up for a stop sign but then never really stopped! I said "excuse me but you just went through a stop sign!" and she said "duh, I know but stopping is optional if the sign is outlined in white"! Yes folks, she was serious! I said "please tell me you are kidding", she was not! She told me that her friend told her this. Once I was done laughing, I explained that ALL STOP SIGNS ARE OUTLINED IN WHITE and they are NOT optional! You STOP at all STOP signs! End of story.

4. If you could be a TV dinner – what flavor would you be? Pizza/fried chicken with coconut layer cake as dessert.

5. The question we do every week so everyone can be a little famous without having to do an official blog award….what blog or comment stuck with you or spoke to you the most this week and why? It was definitely Jess' blog about her fear/phobia about death and dying.
