First full day with my fill.....

So the verdict is....I don't know what to think. I seemed very tight this morning and even felt a little "backed up" with my cottage cheese. I was full though with 4 oz. So far, so good. Drank 2 bottles of water and than had a small Wendy's chili for lunch. No problem with that. Another bottle of water and than dinner was about 4oz. of halibut with about two spoonfuls of mashed potatoes. I am definitely feeling full.

I am onto regular food tomorrow so I guess I will just take it slow and see how it goes from here. Up until yesterday, I could eat A LOT! Right now I am feeling satisfied on not a lot of food. I hope this continues...thats all I am going to say on this subject! Fingers are crossedxxxxxx

Sounds great. For me atm I can hardly eat at all but hey the scales love it. For example yesterday I had 7 am cappacino, 8.30 1/2 cup of protein shake sipped slowly, 11 am 3 strawberries and a spoon of yog lunch 2.30pm a tiny slice of homemade quiche about the size of your palm...left a 1/4 which was dinner at 9.30...that's it...oh and some wine!!!! LOL so you don't sound too tight to me and many people can't eat first thing in the am

Woohoo for first fills! I found it a lot slower to eat dinner last night and onlky really got half a cup of tea down for breakfast.. but going well. I'm not hungy and thinking about food so that's a good thing!!

I'm feeling the same way with the restriction. In fact, I feel more restricted now - but still getting hungry every 4 hours because I can't eat much at one time. That's a pain. Good luck this week!
