My daughters, Mallory and Jordan and Mallory's fiance Kevin are here until Saturday. We will be going to Disney tomorrow for the day as Kevin hasn't been there since he was 3! I am not sure what park they will choose but all that matters is that we will be together and will have fun!
Tonight will be the first time in 3 weeks that I have cooked dinner and I am so looking forward to it! The scale has not been my friend during this period of eating out, believe me! I also will be drinking all my water today for the first time and I know that my body goes into "hang onto every single calorie I eat" mode when I do not drink enough. Mallory and I even went for a nice brisk 2.5 mile walk this morning. We will be doing a lot of walking tomorrow and than we plan on going to the gym on Friday morning.
Yes, I think that I am ready to begin healing.

It's great to have you back!
Im glad things are calming down even though I know you will have lots of sad days as you move forward and back to normal day to day living.
I love love love your tattoo. Tell your husband that different parts of the body hurt more and less. Your back is more painful than say arms. I have mine on my foot and although it is an addictive thing (tattoos)it hurts like the dickens. The first time I said never again. The second time I was already planning another before I left.
You are never too old to get a tattoo :) I was 42.
So glad you are back! Enjoy Disney!
I'm glad you're back too. I wish you peace and healing!
Yes, so glad you are back! And 'normal' and 'routine' will certainly help with drinking water, exercising, and eating. And so will Disneyworld - no matter which park you go to. I hope you all enjoy your day there!
I, also, wish you peace and calm during this time of adjustment.
Its time - Let the losing begin
Hope you have a great day with your family - take care of yourself as you continue healing.
I am glad that this is all behind you and that you feel ready to start healing. You have been ion my thoughts evry single day!!! I hope your sister is doing well too
So sweet to have you back!

My prayers are still with you and your family as you start this healing process...I'm sure it will bring you much peace.
The pounds will go in good time...for now concentrate on being nice to yourself.
Love you.
Welcome back Jacquie. Hope you enjoy Disneyworld.

Have a wonderful time at Disney and enjoy the time with your family.
Hope you have a great day. You certainly deserve it.
I have been thinking about you often and to hear you sounding a little more positive is wonderful. xxx Heal well my dear friend.
Here's to getting things back to "normal".
Have fun at Disney!
I have shared your story with co-workers at a meeting about driving and using a cell phone (we are in sales and in the car all day). So you have been on my mind!!
