I am addicted to those True Orange/Lime/Lemon packets that were in our goody bags! So good. I have never seen these here and will be looking where I can get them as I am down to my last one. Anyone know where I can get them?
As I said yesterday, I didn't gain or lose during the 4 days I was in Chicago. While I was not over-eating in any way shape or form, I was not eating as good as I do at home. That being said, yesterday I was back to my 80g of protein and my calories were 900. The scale rewarded me with a 2 lb drop from last weeks weigh-in. I'll take that!

Holy cripes - you worked out in Chicago? Wowser - that is super impressive!
I hear ya on the routine being thrown. We did a bunch of mini trips this summer instead of one or two big trips and each time it would take about 2 weeks to really get back to normal. And because we were doing all the minis...well, by the time we got normal back, it was time to fly again. I won't be doing that again. BOOBs, on the other hand, would be a great reason to throw the good ol routine out. So glad you had fun! The pics look great! And congrats on losing weight in spite of all the reasons not to. That's awesome!

It was so great meeting you Jacquie! It was short but, so much fun. I'm addicted to the True Lemon too (that's why I got it for the bags). I can buy it in the grocery store by the sugar packs, buy you can also buy it off their website.

The weather took a turn the day after we (Camille & I) got back, & it's actually quite nice now (cooling in the eves). I hope this last & I'll be on my way to more consistent weight loss. I hate the gym... LOL

Oh, I crave routine, too. Chicago was beyond words for me, but I have to admit it's nice to come home. Good for you staying true to yourself with exercise and good food. I think you balance beautifully.
